Parking
You can park in the designated parking lot near the property. This parking lot is for passenger cars only. Please park your car in reverse.
A possible second car can be parked in the parking spaces around the property.

Barrier
To ensure that everyone has sufficient parking space, we kindly ask you to use the tag for one car.

Wifi
You will find the WiFi password on a sticker on the inside of the front door or on the side of the kitchen.
Please note: The WiFi in the harbor lodges is a public connection, which may result in a slightly slower speed.

Check-in
You can check in at the reception/harbor office. You are welcome from 4 p.m. onwards.

Check-out
We ask that when you check out:

  • leave the house tidy (broom clean)
  • empty the refrigerator (do NOT turn it off)
  • empty the dishwasher
  • deposit your garbage in the environmental corner (do not leave garbage in the house)
  • take down the beds (the mattress and pillow mats can remain)
  • put the bed linen and towels in the bathroom

On the day of departure, you must leave the property by 10 a.m. and return the keys and parking tag to reception.
If applicable, park your car outside the barrier first.

Recycling
Please dispose of your waste in the correct bin. We practice separate waste collection for a better environment. We have separate containers for paper, plastic, glass, and residual waste. We also have a deposit container for your cans. Nice to know: the proceeds from this go to the Dutch Burn Foundation.

Sustainability
Our marina holds both the Blue Flag and Green Flag eco-labels. For more information, please visit www.blauwevlag.nl.

All our accommodations have an energy label. Sustainability is our top priority. We kindly ask you to use energy efficiently and to be mindful of the environment.
You will find an electric vehicle charging station on the opposite side of our park.

Technical matters
If you encounter any technical issues in your accommodation, please inform our staff at the reception.

Most accommodations have a silent mechanical ventilation system connected to the extractor hood (so you won't hear it). However, the switch in the kitchen should be set to position 3 for optimal extraction. Even if the extractor hood itself has an on/off switch, it should be left open.

If applicable, when closing the terrace door, you need to lift the door handle and then turn the key.

Playgrounds
There are several playgrounds on the park. These are freely accessible to park guests.

Houseboats
If you have rented one of our houseboats, please note the following:

  • Do not dispose of sanitary wipes or tampons in the toilet.
  • Please be mindful of your electricity consumption. Do not turn on all appliances at the same time.
  • Do not untie any mooring lines.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodations or houseboats. Smoking is allowed on the terrace, but please be considerate of your neighbors. Smoking of cannabis is not permitted anywhere on the property.
